Albemarle, NC, August 20.2022- Elizabeth Fayth Newton of Gibson, NC competed in the America’s United States National Pageant and won the title of America’s United States Pearl Princess Empress on Saturday, August 20, 2022. She also won People’s choice awards for the Little Miss division. During the week’s festivities, contestants from across the country participated in different events such as a BBQ dinner and a Princess Tea Party. On Saturday, they competed in fun fashion and evening gown competitions.
Elizabeth will be representing this national title for the next year. She will be making appearances, attending events and other pageants and making a difference in the community, as well as promoting the system’s mission “Pearls of Wisdom”. The Pearls of Wisdom are Passionate, Pivotal, Personable, Positive, and Powerful. These five words mean a lot to Elizabeth and she uses them every day in the way she projects herself to others. Elizabeth will also continue to work towards community platforms that hold a near and dear place in her heart such as supporting the local Fire/EMS/Police depts., Families of the Fallen Firefighter’s Association, Back The Blue, and Toys for Tots. Elizabeth is so excited for this opportunity to get out there and continue to be a positive role model in her community and across the United States. She believes it is important to use your crown as an opportunity to bring awareness to the support of these organizations and charities that the different titleholders stand for and believe so much in. Being a queen means more than just being pretty, it means pushing cause and awareness to things that a queen believes in, it’s a way of carrying one’s self, and encouraging others to step up in their communities as well.

This system has helped Elizabeth gain confidence in her once shy ways and has helped her to frame her own personal goals.
